FAQs
Where will the photos be taken?
I pre-select locations and dates to make it easy for you. Pick a time slot at the location that works best for you & I’ll see you there! They will all be in the Atlanta area, typically around Buckhead, Midtown, Woodstock, and Roswell.

Is this for teams or individuals?
This is just for individuals. If you’re a duo or small team, reach out to kaitlyn@kaitlynfellows.com and we’ll see what we can do!

Where can I use these photos?
You’ll have the rights to use them on social media, on your website, on your podcast, and more.

What’s your AI policy?
You can put the photos into AI systems like Claude Design & Canva to use in graphics, but you cannot alter how the photos look, or how you look in the photos. You also may not use the photos to create AI videos of yourself (yes, that’s a real thing). If you need videos, I know some phenomenal videographers!

What happens if I don’t use the shoots within 12 months?

I’ll keep you posted as we move through the year so you don’t lose track of time. If you’re unsure how many you want, you can purchase 2 shoots and upgrade to 4 later. These sessions are use-it-or-lose-it.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is easy! Once we hit 7 days out & it becomes too late to find someone to fill your timeslot, there will be a $100 late rescheduling fee. You’ll retain your shoot credit to use within the original 12-month period.
